Most orders ship from our distribution center in Dallas, Texas. We will contact you with an estimated shipping date if your order will be delayed.

Packages are generally shipped via USPS with tracking information or a tracking number so that your package arrives safely and with delivery confirmation. We frequently use other carriers instead of USPS for shipments. All orders leaving Fuente de Vida do not require a signature. Oversized pallet shipments are delivered via freight trucks. We will contact you with options and costs for your delivery area for any freight truck shipment. Our Logistics Department professionals will do their best to ensure your order is delivered to you in a safe and timely manner.

• Orders shipped without signature authorization run the risk of being lost or stolen during transit to their final destination. The customer will have to take the initiative to contact and file a claim with the shipping company (UPS, USPS, ETC.). Fuente de Vida is not responsible for packages that were sent but not received by the customer. To start your claim with UPS call: 1-800-742-5877. For USPS call: 1-800-275-8777. Fuente de Vida can provide you with the Tracking Number to start your claim. If your package was sent USPS Media Mail, it is not insured by Fuente de Vida or USPS.
